CLAIMS PAGE REDESIGN
Endsleigh’s claims page on their website needed a refresh. Customers were struggling to locate the relevant phone number, and the product categories lacked clarity. I was responsible for designing the user interface and improving the user experience (UI/UX). The redesign focused on simplicity, clear placement of phone numbers, and organised product sections. These improvements enhanced the user experience and reduced unnecessary calls.
