Why: The existing claims page on the Endsleigh website had a high drop-off rate and user frustration due to unclear navigation and an outdated design.
What I did: Collaborated with product managers to identify key user pain points, then led a comprehensive redesign focused on clearer information hierarchy, streamlined navigation and a more intuitive layout.
